Are products always in stock?

We try to keep all items in stock but there are instances where they are not going to be in stock. We try and keep an accurate inventory count so what is available on the site is what we have but we cannot guarantee they are accurate.

Do you charge a drop shipping fee?

What is your return policy?

Do you accept PayPal?

How long is your handling time?

What are your shipping rates?

What shipping companies do you use?

We ship via USPS & FedEx depending on package size etc...

Do you provide tracking numbers?

We provide tracking information on all orders.

Do you ship worldwide?

We can ship worldwide although our website is only set up for USA orders.

Where can I view my wholesale prices?

When I sell one of your products, can you attach my logo to the package?

We don't have a system in place for attaching your logo to the package but we can have the packages say from "Shipping Manager".

When I sell one of your items, how do I make an order? Can I do it through your website or do I have to email you the details?
